Fish and Co - part 2
I once wrote a raving review about Fish and Co. However, my recent dining experience at Suntec’s Fish and Co. had left me as a frustrated and angry customer instead.
We went in a big group of eight and had to wait for 45 minutes before we could get a table. While dining, the service was slow. The cutlery was placed on the left hand side of the diner instead of the usual right hand side. They only gave us two plates of sauces even though there were eight of us dining, and we had to request many times before the extra sauces were given to us.
Food wise, the portion seem to have shrunk as compared to the other Fish and Co outlets (I last dine in other outlets only one month ago). The Fish and Chip that my friend and I were sharing was slightly saltish and the fish and chip didn’t taste as good as I had remembered it to be.
It’s definitely upsetting, when you encounter bad food and bad service at the same time in one of your favourite dining outlets.
P.S: Fish and Co often offers mints to its customers after they had foot their bill. According to my friend, those lovely mints can only be found at the Fish and Co outlets, and they do sell them to you in packets if you request for them.

I went to 1 new outlet, the service sucks too. Late afternoon, only 3 tables of customer, no one attend to us, requesting 4 sauces also got to raise my hands for a couple of times b4 one of the ‘busy’ staff notice me. Ice water only present after request. Juz wonder, y am I paying the 10% service charge
hi hi! Sorry to say, i’ve already given up Fish & Co for a long time for their “under-performing” food. You may want to try Manhattan Fish Mkt at Plaza Singapura for something similar. The food is def much better than Fish & Co. Must-try: Manhattan Flamed Prawns. yumz….

Manhattan Fish Market: one of the good quality things to come out of Malaysia!
hello. i think that suntec city’s fish&co is the best outlet i’ve ever been to. and i have to disagree with you about the portion size. suntec’s portion size is wayyy better than that of parkway’s or imm’s. service-wise, so far, the servers there are efficient and service-oriented.
i experienced servers introducing their names, telling me the soup of the day, the chef’s reccomendation, what’s not available and the current promotions. halfway eating, one of them came up to me to ask how my dinner was and whether i needed anything else from them. this is good service. and it was a busy night. we should look at things at a lighter positive note, and know that those servers are human too. we must be patient and not be fussy. be fussy and god knows what they will do to your food in the kitchen. HAHA. so far, all outlets are okay except for imm - their service is pretty not up to standard as compared to the rest but its a new outlet so its okay.
FYI, all fish&co outlets place their cutleries on the left side. u would have known if u have eaten there a few times.
